Guest guest
Hi Trina, Welcome to the world of being a Bandster! You'll be swollen for awhile, so try to be easy with yourself and allow your body to heal. Watch out for eating too quickly, and moving beyond the post-op diet. I know it's hard to deal with but it's really for the best that you stick to it as much as possible. You'll find that these next few weeks will go by and you'll see progress, just don't put the cart before the horses. I know how tough it is to stay on the diet but try different liquids, like I tried Won Ton Soup and strained out the solids and drank the juice it was delicious and gave me more flavor and protein. Anywho, try different liquids but do try and keep to the diet it's for your own benefit. Good Luck and Welcome to the Losing Side!!!
