's Mother from Sound and Fury on Good Morning America TODAY (Tuesday)

Hi Folks,

Nita Artinian of " Sound and Fury " contacted me and said she will be on

Good Morning America this morning, Tuesday, April 29th as they show her

cochlear implant activation. The show is on from 7am to 9am Eastern on

ABC. Please check your local listings to find out when it airs in your

area. Her segment was postponed once and I was unable to find the

information on the Good Morning America site, but set your VCR just in

case it airs today.

Sorry for the short notice, I just found out as well!

Hi a,

Thank you very much for letting us know that this was

on today. It was on the 8 o'clock segment and even

though it was very short, it was very touching. You

could see that Nita heard and how emotional it was for

her. It's going to be wonderful to follow this entire

family as they adapt and grow with their hearing

ability.

If you hadn't sent this post, I would have missed it.

Did you notice How annoyed Nita looked while listening to the Beeps and her

sign interpreter was trying to sign to here and get her attention and Nita

was concentrating on getting the Map. She looked happy there just

listening to sounds. She is really a pretty lady. Lucky you all know her.

Wonder though what her husband is thinking about all this. I am happy for

her and her daughter.
