Guest guest
HI , Your estrogen dominance could also be in part due to a stagnant liver. I used to get horrible migraines the day before my period, too. Along with a long list of hormonal problems. Have you done a parasite cleanse? You may have living parasites residing in parts of your liver or bowels. This will inhibit a clearing of stones. (I should know, my first cleanse I did not get out any stones, but lots of parasites). With a stagnant liver, the body cannot rid itself of the estrogen, and it builds up in the liver... instead it either stops producing and you have too little useful estrogen or continues to produce estrogen which results in too much. The result is hormonal problems. Jomma

You can try a castor oil pack on your liver gallbladder area. Get some castor oil from the drug store and a piece of cotton flannel cloth big enough to cover your gallbladder/liver area. You also need a heating pad and some pieces of plastic wrap and 2 tea towels. Soak the cloth in the castor oil, apply it to your gallbladder area, cover with the plastic wrap, then one tea towel. Lay the heating pad on top of that. Put the other tea towel atop the heating pad. Lie down and watch tv or read for 45 min. to an hour. Do this every day for 2 weeks. It should help " soften things up " and lessen the pain. > My other problem is that even though I see many > things in the toilet looking like stones and I think that I have gotten > rid of them, I do an ultrasound and they are still there. Did anyone on this list ever had this > experience, and > does anyone know why they are still showing up on xray? With all these > flushings, why > are they not gone? I read as long as you get stones out, you must KEEP flushing, no more often than 2 weeks apart. It can take up to 9-10 flushes to get them all out!!! Do not be discouraged - you have done 8 flushes and they are no picnic -that is for sure - but keep on going until you have done at least 12 before you give up! Following a flush, it is useful to have several coffee enemas to pull further toxins that are stored in the liver. To make the coffee enemas use orgainic coffee and distilled water. Put 7 Tablespoons coffee into 11 cups of distilled water in a large pot. Bring to a boil and boil 3 min. Then reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. more. Let it cool and strain. This is enough for 2 coffee enemas. Take a regular enema first. Then take the coffee one. Retain the coffee for 15 minutes. It will pull more stones out. I take 2 coffee enemas the day following the flush - one in the morning and one in the evening. > > > Also, I already take a lot of supplements and try to follow a very low fat > diet. > but I would like a list of supplements that the people with gallbladder > problems on this > list take that are particularly helpful to those with chronic gallbladder > problems? And we could help each > other. Here is a way to " gently " flush the liver & gallbladder in-between the vigorous flushes: Lemon Juice and Olive Oil Flushes Toxins from the Liver. Extra Virgin Olive Oil increases the flow of bile from the Liver. This helps the liver get rid of accumulated toxins and poisons. Lymph fluid then drains into the liver for processing and eliminating waste products of cellular metabolism. Some persons have reported that just drinking lemonade reduces the size of their lymph nodes. The mechanism of how lemons do this is not known. This lemon drink restores the ph of the saliva and helps your body absorb nutrients from food better. source: http://www.execpc.com/~keephope/lemondrk.html (this may help you have less pain when you flush if you drink this every day for a week prior to the flush) RECIPE FOR WHOLE LEMON DRINK detoxifies the liver and normalizes saliva pH values Into a blender, cut up one whole lemon, rind and pulp. Be sure to first wash the lemon well and scrape off markings from artificial coloring. Add 1 cup of water; one Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 4 rounded Tablespoons of frozen Orange Juice concentrate. Blend at high speed for one minute. Pour through a strainer (screen type) to remove pulp. Use a spatula to press the pulp. Discard the pulp. Divide the resulting drink into 2 or 3 portions. To gain weight, drink one portion with each meal. Otherwise, you may drink it all at once or at anytime during the day. If you have problems sleeping, drink the last portion just before you retire to your bedroom at night. It will help you get a good night’s sleep. The therapeutic value of this drink comes from the whole lemon and the extra-virgin olive oil. The orange juice concentrate is added as a sweetener. Other fruit juice concentrates or Nutrasweet may used in place of the orange juice concentrate. In place of the fruit juice concentrate and water, you may add 1 cup of any kind of fruit juice that you desire. However, if you have thrush or yeast overgrowth, avoid fruit juice which stimulates growth of yeast and use plain water. You may add Nutrasweet to make the drink less bitter. Keep us posted and do not give up!!! Best wishes,
Guest guest
Dear , I just wanted to let you know (and everyone else on the list, too!) that it's probably not a good idea to ingest Nutrasweet (aspartame, equal) at all.. It is a proven neurotoxin and poison, (and I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't cause GB stone formation as well). I assume that everyone on this list is interested in furthering their own health. It's very important.
