Guest guest
, Then you were lucky! There was a Deaf woman (only can Sign but she can also write notes) who tried the drive thru because her baby was sleeping in the car. The fast food place told her she had to come inside! So she filed a lawsuit and won! That was around 1994 or 1995. A. In a message dated 10/21/03 8:50:58 AM Pacific Daylight Time, mic55@... writes: > This is great. I just did the survey. Guest guest
I know there are several people in this world who can't communicate orally and the drive throughs are a real problem for them. I think the best way to go would be to have eletronic menus one could choose from, thus giving them some dignity when they place an order.. I'll bet the electronic ordering woud catch on with the normal hearing too!. Hugs, silly In , anneliese37@a... wrote: > , > > Then you were lucky! Guest guest
I didn't think of it until mentioned it, but while I was vacationing last year near Orlando Florida, there was a Mcs off of I-4 (Haines City) that did have electronic ordering. It was indoors, not through the drive thru, but I'm quite sure it could easily be adapted for drive thru use. I actually used it and, being a picky eater, I was able to customize my sandwich without any problems. If I had my choice between the electronic unit or ordering in person...I'd go high tech every time. Spencer > > , > > > > Then you were lucky! Guest guest
Hi cyndi, it is normal to have earaches during the healing process, but if they are particularly bothersome you should contact either your family dr or your implant surgeon to see if you might have an infection.tis much better to be safe than sorry and there's no need to suffer if you don't have to.. It's very possible it's a side effect of the surgery and part of the healing process though. Please keep us posted. Hope to meet you too.
