My previous insurance covered nothing and the doctor I see is

expensive ($130./appt) - but he is worth it if you can afford it. My

current insurance (BC/BS) doesn't cover it completely, but they will

reimburse us for 80% of what they allow for it (I don't know their

exact amount - we haven't been reimbursed yet, but it's not 80% of

the 130!)
