Isnt it funny! I too used pepsi way toooo much... I dont miss it either. I

had a diet pepsi the other day and let me tell ya I traded it for a ice

cold water.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

This time last yr I went to work the bar I work at and was in a tight size

18/20.. this year bansters( DRUM ROLL }}}}) Im Workin the bar in a size 8

(kinda loose) mini skirt, and man do i look hot( for an old gal, im 43) Ive

had more men. & young boys(LOL) try to pick me up its kinda cool. " You look

great " " wow hot mama what time u get done " I had a young girl come in this

week , i havent seen in 10 months she came in screaming, yes I mean

screamig, she was so amazed,she could not stop tellin me how good I

looked, earned her a free drink..(smiles) So this year in my NEW body will

be an adventure.. I dumped an old flame of 1 yr about a month ago (LOOSER)

and Im off to raise my standards where men are concerned. Ex's are trying

to get dates again(NOT) and Im just lovin shankin my ass that they cant

have..( CANT TOUCH THIS) This was the Best $8.200 I have ever spent in my

entire life, Except for loosin my butt Im happy... maybe some fat I got on

my gut can get transplanted? mmmmmmm Just a thought.. Im returning to

mexico one more time in the upcomming year to get a face lift,30 yr olds

watch out!!! and maybe inner thigh lipo, I will give the exercise thing

some time to work 1st as I must admit I lost this 70lbs with out it. So

now I struggle with the last 25-35... I have never been a size 3 or 5(maybe

when i was 12) so thats my goal, I really dont care what I weigh I dont

walk around on a scale for all to see..LOL So to all you upcomming

bansters, this lap-band is the next best thing to peanut-butter cups I tell

ya( and i dont miss them as I slime everytime, good bye old friend) So

drink, drink ,drink and we will all be loosers this year... I wish I was

trump so I could band the world, Everyone changes as you get your

self esteam back,and this world is a much brighter happy place. All

insurances should cover the lap-band ( and in mexico, hell save some $$ you

idiots)Ok Im done rambling everyone have a great New year, this is gonna be

my year I feel it....THANK YOU DR. ACEVES,You have changed my life and I

could never thank you enough for the self esteam you have givin my daughter

back doing her lap-band at 13 she is forever greatful to you and your

staff( she loves serigo) alexis and I love you.... see ya all this up

comming spring.

I haven't met a single person yet that has had a really hard time

with it. I do know of one person that still drinks it but she needs

an adjustment too. But she doesn't drink nearly as much as she used

to.

I could go for weeks without so much as a sip of water, just Diet

Coke. Isn't that horrible??? But I don't miss it. I didn't replace

it with another caff'ed drink either. No tea, nothing. I plain

don't miss it. I honestly don't know how that happened.
