Some one told me that if you drink lots of hot liquids it helps to shrink the band is this true?

Thanks for sharing your similar experience. The main reason I didn't return to Mexico is because I couldn't afford the trip and I was only driving.After my second fill, totaling 2.7 cc, I feel very resticted.
