What exact procedure do I need to follow to get the two parts of the

manual on your starorchid website?

Also, do I need to register by mail for this DNA activation?

How do I do this? I think I have missed a few mails. I was following

along the several links you posted in #20108, and also tried several

times to find the other group mentioned, without success, although I did

locate the messages mentioned, 401 and 405, which I thought a bit odd!

but I can't subscribe as the group keeps coming up as not found.

Sigh.

I do wish to go thru the steps you mentioned, but need some assistance,

please.
