Guest guest
: Case History on Stuttering, Part II ******************************************** (continued from Part I) Here are some comments made by Amy upon seeing the case history write-up last night. The first set of comments came after she read my first draft (which did not include the 12-point feedback about 's status). The second was on the whole article. (See additional comments below.) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Dayu, AMEN!!!! I couldn't have said it better. I told you were writing him up as a case study, and he felt proud that you would want to. I can't add to it, you have said it all. I just have to find the time to complete the session on the physical part of stuttering. [ snip ] Everyone remarks on how he is so " up " and smiling all the time. So eager to assist, and what I forgot to mention.........it's compassion that he has found. Is that something. That is not a macho characteristic. He is ever so thankful to you, and thanks me all the time for that session. Well done, Dayu. Thank you for reminding me about our session. [ snip - personal ] Thanks again, Dayu. You are the best!!! Love, Amy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dayu, After I read it all again, there are only two things I would add, and I don't think it is necessary, but (1) we did do EFT and TAT, and it would come down to a 2 or a 1, but we never could completely clear it, always, another aspect would rear its head just when we thought we might be finished. (2) The part about being a third party to a treatment, because the person being treated is in an altered state, and can't always remember everything. I really enjoyed that.......seeing just how it progressed. And, of course, you are a real trooper. You get in there, and don't stop until you are finished......LOL That's it. You should really be a writer. Well, that is just one of your many hats. Thanks again. Great write up...... Love, Amy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is very interesting to see how much a third party can get out of " listening in " on a session. Kind of like being an intern. One can really enjoy seeing the progress of the session. When one is the client, one is in the experience of the healing and therefore less in observer mode. Amy has also made some comments about HER own work with prior to our session - the fact that they used not only Thought Flow, but also EFT and TAT. She says, " but (1) we did do EFT and TAT, and it would come down to a 2 or a 1, but we never could completely clear it, always, another aspect would rear its head just when we thought we might be finished, " and added, " And, of course, you are a real trooper. You get in there, and don't stop until you are finished......LOL " She's right. I don't. I'm a real tough cookie when it comes to clearing those " writings on the walls " completely, for myself or my clients. I'd like to comment that muscle-testing makes it possible to check whether the process is complete or not - when the Trust Index is at the maximum (which means that you can trust the testing 100%) - the answers come in clearly. ly, I too was surprised....I kept thinking " NOW it's over " at least twice before we finished the session, and too kept saying " I feel so good. I feel so light. " The N-A-T-U-R-A-L tendency would be to stop there. But the muscle-testing indicated otherwise. I guess this is where my Geometry training comes in handy - you don't stop till you can write that Q.E.D - Quod Es Demonstrandum - at the end of the rider you are solving or theorem you are proving!!! You need to be thorough in Geometry and Algebra. Similarly in muscle-testing. Thoroughness pays off in getting your client the help he/she really needs. In truth, sometimes I find it is the very L-A-S-T few blocks that we clear in a session that are the very TOUGHEST...the ones that have resisted treatment all these years. And it is for THOSE very specific blocks that we need to ensure we do not stop prematurely, but keep going (in this session or the next one), till the signal is crystal clear that the programming has really been cleared and every last question on that Fail-Safe system is testing as it should - especially #9 and #10. God bless that Fail-Safe method! I would like to thank Amy and for giving me permission to write this case-history up and making it possible for others to benefit from this experience, too. Amy will continue to work with . We will keep you posted on further results. ly, I am quite pleasantly dazed to discover that it is even remotely possible to treat for stuttering! I encourage all other BSFF practitioners not to hesitate in situations like this...but take on the case and see what results are possible. I'd honestly love to hear about your case-histories, too. I hope to see some of you at the EPC in Brighton, U.K. this summer. :-) For those who are going to the EPC in Phoenix this week, please write in and share the knowledge, fun and excitement with all of us. I can't wait to hear about Dr. iel Branden's and Dr. Goodheart's keynote speeches, plus all the exciting breakout sessions and seminars!
