Guest guest
, Wow. I would definetly talk to the director in private and ask that she not let on to your identity. I like the idea of having her remind all staff. We are brand new to this daycare thing. He was at the first one only 2 days! I have only visited the new one. I picked them after going to over 10 centers!! God I hope they are good. We will visit tomorrow to fill out paper work and let them see Evan. No one has seen him yet...which means they have not seen the DOC band!!! We asked the director to be sure it wasn't a problem. I want to meet all of his caretakers and be sure they understand what it is and how to care for it!! Is in a band? How are they with that issue? We switched as I said from a home with only one caretaker. At least at a center there is a director to confront and that seems easier than talking to the problem person. Good luck...I hope everything works out. Beth Anne > Beth Anne, > Good for you for deciding to switch....I know how you feel about the guilt > trip! My new dilemma is we have a good daycare, but they used to only have 2 > ladies watching a max of 8 babies a day, now they have 2 different ladies in > the afternoon. Problem is: one of them is lazy.
