Wow. I would definetly talk to the director in private and ask that

she not let on to your identity. I like the idea of having her

remind all staff. We are brand new to this daycare thing. He was at

the first one only 2 days! I have only visited the new one. I

picked them after going to over 10 centers!! God I hope they are

good. We will visit tomorrow to fill out paper work and let them see

Evan. No one has seen him yet...which means they have not seen the

DOC band!!! We asked the director to be sure it wasn't a problem. I

want to meet all of his caretakers and be sure they understand what

it is and how to care for it!! Is in a band? How are they

with that issue? We switched as I said from a home with only one

caretaker. At least at a center there is a director to confront and

that seems easier than talking to the problem person.
