It took me two years of back and forth to get them to publish it. It wound up as the feature for their " Case Studies " section, but they let me put in a great deal of other information beyond the four case studies. The presentation is critiqued by Jay Efran, and then there is an " Author Response. " I know we are always looking for ways to bring more credibility to the field with our colleagues, and I hope this piece can be another resource. I unfortunately did not like the editorial changes and title change that were made at the last minute and without my approval. So I have posted the version I wish they would have published and noted that " A revised and condensed version of this article appeared in the January 2005 edition of Psychotherapy Networker. " You can download the preferred version from http://www.innersource.net/energy_psych/ep_article_intro-to-ep_phobia.htm#pr n Please feel free to pass this along to colleagues and skeptics. This is the only list to which I am posting this info, and I hope you will forward this message to other Energy Therapy lists. One other development that is a cliff-hanger is that the American Psychological Association's online review of books is going to do a review of Energy Psychology Interactive. I understand that it will appear in February. If it is good, I will let you know. If it is as crushing as it may be, I will go into hiding. So far, however, we have enjoyed glowing reviews, including from some prestigious publications. See http://www.innersource.net/energy_psych/epi_reviews_published.htm. But APA is a whole different animal.
