Guest guest
Hi Charlie Here's another view that I've found when doing EFT. The " very " thing that comes up, most of the time, is not from a present moment. The statements you mentioned below are the " exact " statements that have come up before on other matters. Its like looking at a computer program that has a virus in it and then ignoring the virus and saying the program isn't working. The reason to tap on " whatever " comes up is because " that's " the item at the moment. A person has a problem and the emotional factors and the problem isn't going away or lessening. They say " this doesn't work " . Well, perhaps inside of the problem itself, there's a little voice saying " this isn't going to work " , or " I'll never change " , or anything that has to do with remaining the same. If a person feels that EFT isn't working for them, re-look at the problem you are addressing and then ask if there's something within that problem that isn't working. See if there are any similar statements being held onto. Another thing is to ask if there was something similar but yet earlier that wasn't working or felt it wasn't getting anywhere, etc. There are a few things that pop up that people will just bounce off of, like " nothing's there " , but yet the problem persists. Well, the " nothing " is most likely a " something " . But what that " something " is, may be a protection from other " somethings " . Sometimes the " nothing " is a command that the person not be found and that they are protecting themself.
