UGH!!!!!!! I wanted so badly to make the 100 lb loss today!!! They

said it could be that I am still retaining water from Aunt Flo since

it just had stopped on Friday...what I wouldnt give to be a man

without WATER RETENTION!!!!!! JK! I am somewhat disappointed cause I

really want that 100lbs off, but I know I'VE COME A LONG WAY

BABY!!!! I have to listen to my own advice and just be happy with

the fact that I've lost 96lbs within 4mths and that's something to

be happy with. I am wondering if I am plateauting though and if so,

any advice to break the plateau? I've upped my exercise, I now do 1

hour on the bike and try to get in an 1 hour walk in the evenings. I

know I haven't eaten much nor really drank as much as I

should...perhaps my body is not metabolizing cause I am not eating

enough calories to kickstart it??? Anywho...I'll try to get on the

bandwagon...had to force myself to eat a 1/2 of tuna sandwich..which

I didnt even finish all the way. Wish me luck!!!

Remember to those of you with the band...do not compare in any way

to anyone else...PLEASE!!!! Keep in mind we are all different and I

was SUPER OBESE...I started out at 370lbs...so yes, I'll lose what

may be thought of as fast..but I have alot of extra fat that was

easily burned off. Don't get discouraged, you are doing great...some

may lose faster then plateau while you are losing a great

amount...in the end we all arrive at the same destination. :)

370/274(current)/250 (end of summer I hope)/200 (Xmas)/150 (summer
