This lady,

Li Lan, also has a good one for soul contract changes and it is a free download

– it is book 2 on her website. She also has a

wonderful karmic release exercise in the free Book 2 Manual – it is

karmic release to clear your negative karma with all beings.

Since it

does not cost anything to download Book 2, it’s worth taking a look

at. If it feels right for you, do it. If not, let it go.

In Manual 3,

Li Lan has an exercise for clearing negative karma with someone, Page 193, in

the full version of Manual 3.

I’d also encourage you to consider clearing your negative karma

with key people in your life, such as

the people who raised you,

whether it was your parents or anyone else,

your birth parents,

your siblings,

your spouse,

your children,

your ex,

maybe even your spouse’s

children from an ex (if you are remarried or in relationship with someone

who has children from before),

your boss,

key colleagues in your life,

clients,

people you connect with

regularly,

and especially those people who

trigger you and are a strong component of your shadow self. [shadow Self

– when you particularly admire (look up to) or judge/disdain (look

down upon) traits in others that you don’t see in yourself,

but you get emotionally triggered by those traits. In other words, it is a

strong button.]

If you have a workshop you really

want to attend, and the facilitator triggers you, then clear your negative

karma with that facilitator before you attend the workshop.

For example, if you’d like

to do the DNA Activation facilitated by me, but you find you get triggered

by me, then clear your negative karma with me before you register for the

DNA Activation. You will simply get more out of it.

certain types of people – fill in the

blanks – “People who ____________” (e.g. people who are

controlling, people who are complainers, people who _____, people who are successful/losers/angry/Pollyana-ish,

people who are ______ etc, etc. - you get the basic idea, don’t

you?)

people from certain countries or races or

continents who trigger you

bureaucracy

men as a group, or women as a group

animals or other beings

anything and anyone you judge with strong

emotion attached

anything and anyone you admire with strong

emotions attached but feel those traits could never be a part of your

abilities.

These karmic

releases can be done before or after the DNA activation, but the “clearer”

you are before the activation, the more easily you can allow the activation to

help you evolve to your next level.

Introduction to Clearing your Karma

" Imagine,

living a life where you are unhindered by previous (negative) karma and

(negative) karmic contracts.

Karmic Law states

that the wrongs that we have caused must be corrected by learning not to repeat

them again, by gaining the wisdom to understanding what you have done, and why

it is wrong.

Karma is the process

in which situations are repeated until the lessons are learned and healing is

achieved. This is the way Karma functions. It is not meant as a punishment, but

a vehicle for learning, healing, and evolving.

What we experience

as the effects of the Law of Karma is also composed of the effects of many

Universal Laws;

Some examples are:

The Law of

Reciprocity (from reciprocate v.i. to return in kind something done, given

etc....) = the old rule of: do unto others as you would be done unto.

There is the Law of

Attraction: everything you send out; energy, thoughts, emotions, etc...; curves

and comes back to you like a boomerang.

The Law of Cause and

Effect: every action causes a reaction.

All these Universal Laws

and their effects intensify the Karmic learning/healing process. And can

sometimes cause seemingly endless loops that can be overwhelming and difficult

to move through.

Now, we have been

granted a very special and important dispensation that has never before been

permitted: The dispensation from requiring that karma be healed; the long way;

through experiencing and through the process of trial & error. With some

very simple requests and processes we can now achieve the release of karma

quickly and with ease.

When you do the

karmic releases, the process of learning by living can be bypassed, and the

lessons granted and completed almost immediately. What is necessary for this

process is conscious realization. By your consciously realizing that something

is wrong in your life and that healing is required, you acknowledge the lesson

and that you are ready to release/heal the karma

When you release

into your live, it just means that you will no longer be constrained by your

(negative) karma and (negative) karmic contracts with them to repeat the karma.

You are released and free to choose if and how you wish to interact with

I have been guided

to rework and update the formulations of the Karmic Release Processes; based

mainly from her book: Reliance on the Light; to bring them into a working

compendium for clarity, easier access, and to prevent healing crisis from

occurring. There are also newer processes here dealing with Service and Soul

Contract changes.

There are no in depth

explanations here. They are to be found in Diane Stein's books. I am a firm

believer of not repeating what is already well written by someone else. I

highly recommend that you get her books and read them before you start to work

with this compendium so that you have a complete understanding of the

principles behind the processes.

This Compendium of

Karmic Releases is written & recommended for Lightworkers and healers and

those who are interested in getting to the core of their problems. I'm assuming

that you already have a working knowledge of basic spiritual principles and are

opened to inter and intra dimensional levels of communications although you may

ask for help with these processes from an experienced teacher, guides, or

healer if you do not have these abilities. Make sure that the person you ask is

100% of the Christed Unconditional Light & Love energy in their Being.

I also recommend

that one does the Soul Contract changes that I have talked about and offer as

they go hand in hand with the Karmic releases offered here.

Although Diane Stein

does not specifically suggests working with Healing guides in conjunction with

this Karmic release work, I do recommend using the format of opening a Coning

(a protective energy Vortex) and asking to connect to a White Brotherhood

Medical Assistance Team (or whatever healing teams you usually work with), and

then of course the Lords of Karma and Divine Director.

I asked the Karmic

Lords and Divine Director about it, and they are quite pleased to be part of a

team, as it takes much of the pressure off of them and it eases and speeds up

the process considerably.

Please read the

different sections and processes several times before doing the processes to

familiarize yourself with the wording and the flow of it, and to make sure that

you completely understand all that you are asking for. Each Process is complete

unto itself. It may seem that there are many, many repetitions and there are.

Just be patient and trust that at every step of the way, if there is something

you need to know, you will be shown, because without understanding and

forgiveness, there can be no healing and no release. In any event, this is

still shorter than living the karma out!

Do not try to do all

the different Processes all at once! If you do, you'll most likely burn out and

end up with a healing crisis.

These releases work!

They are the final piece of the puzzle that I have been waiting for. They

complete and complement the Soul Contract Addendum change work that I had

started. It is such a relief!....

dispensation, and as you read the attached document, you will realize how great

a dispensation this is....

I was show that as
