Guest guest Posted March 5, 2003 Report Share Posted March 5, 2003 Hi All, Well, found out the root cause with why it's been harder for me to lose weight the past 2-3 months....and it wasn't anything I could tap or test away. I'm pregnant. 10 weeks along. Other than having some difficulty making some right choices, this first trimester is sooo incredibly easy. I thought my first pregnancy was easy, this so far is even better. I'm at a net weight loss of 8 lbs from when I got pregnant, but didn't know it. Found it out Sunday and confirmed it Tuesday late afternoon. Anyway, will still need to work on the eating, but at least now there's a reasonable explaination. My food choices over the past week have been a little better. As long as I eat a balanced meal of carbs/protein/fat, making better choices has not been a problem. It's only when I allow myself to go too long without eating or don't balance out the meals every 3 hrs is when I have problems. Maybe tapping on that would help??? So, my wanting and trying to lose weight was really the opposite my body wanted to do. So, now that I know, will adjust things to what is good for the baby and me.
