Hi Chey,

If this was me I would be asking myself the following questions, in

order to pinpoint what my affirmation would be aimed at.

Are there issues of self sabotage, lack of self assurance, (aside

from the weight issue, from before), is there safety in not dating?

Also, are there particular foods/drinks which you are addicted to

that you can aim an affirmation at which will help you cut calories?

I am also on thyroxin as mine konked out years ago, but I am on

another medication that can cause weight gain. Have you examined all

the factors? Have you found the way you like most to exercise? If not

you could perhaps find one you like somewhat and tap on your

motivation.
