Lori, Think about this....have you ever worn panty hose that were too tight? Remember how they stayed in one place as long as possible and then, all of a sudden, they quickly rolled up...almost like a spring? Surely I'm not the only one who has experienced this!! lol Anyway, it is kind of like that with a band. If you are so tight, then, it can eventually cause the band to slip. What happens in a slip is that the band moves up above the pouch or the stomach can actually move up through the band causing it to have a hangover sort of pouch. With an unfill the stomach can sometimes go back through the band but not always. Just don't risk this. It isn't worth it. You will lose the weight even with a tiny unfill.
