I used setup phrase as: " EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THIS ACID REFLUX, I LOVE AND DEEPLY ACCEPT MYSELF " I completed two rounds of EFT in the morning and two in the night for about one week and my Hiatal Harnia and related acid reflux was gone.
