I was just looking at the new pics, and I have to say Wow!!! Welcome

to onederland you are looking so awesome! what a wonderful

accomplishment you have made for yourself! :-) And , wow look

at your cute little butt in those tight jeans, you look smokin! :-)

and what a difference from your before pics! wow! And Cyrena, you

are looking so great too. I love to see your before and after pics,

you are looking so completely tiny!!! :-) Wow ladies you inspire me,

and you inspire greatness!! :-)

well I am doing better today. I have figured out what one of my

problems has been with my energy and kind of a funk I have been in.

I have had a tooth ache for about the past 5 or more months. a

filling fell out of my tooth and over time I started putting that

temp filling stuff to try to stop the pain. I was waiting for my

husbands open enrollment for the dental insurance in august. and I

have been so tired and I have felt like my body is just fighting

something for awhile now. well apparently an infection has been

brewing in the tooth and it was all absessed and infected in the

nerve! today I just couldnt take it anymore and had to go in. OHG I

feel so much better allready! so I think now that the pain is over

and it will heal up I will get my pep back again! :-) but talk about

financial set back! shoot this stupid tooth cost 1/4 as much as my

lap band surgery, it is highway robbery! just for the root canal it

is 1,400, and then for the crown another 1,000 or so. and the root

canal only took about 2 hours total. that is pretty damn spendy!

jeez I wish I would have had time to go to mexico! american medicine

is highway robbery for sure!

so now that my tooth is better I will start to hit my work outs real

hard again and get my loosing streak on again! :-) I am at a

stailmate for sure! I need that scale to move!
