Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Dear , Congrats on getting ready to be a bandster! I am having surgery there on the 12th so I share your anxiety. From what I understand, you will be just FINE by yourself.... the staff is apparently very warm and caring. You will pull through just fine.. just have a positive attitude and don't second guess yourself like I was doing.... we are making a significant change for the BETTER and choosing NOT to let obesity take control of our lives. We will be healthier and feel much better! Please post as soon as you get back...some people post the same day after they had surgery! I too was very nervous the night before and I went alone. Don't worry, you are in good hands. Once you land and meet up with Earnesto, you will begin to feel better. After you actually see the hospital and meet everyone you have read about here, you will know there is nothing to worry about. Good luck with your surgery.
