It depends on whether or not you got all the stones out.

I would wait a few weeks, try the liver flush again and it no more stones

come out, you should be good to go. If you get stones out again.....do the

same thing. Wait a few weeks and try again. Keep on flushin' until there

is nothing to be flushed. You can't tell, unless you keep trying.

Also, I would make it a yearly thing, just to keep things in check.

Of course, I am new to all this......and am learning as you are.

Hi

I did the apple juice for 5 days and then the epsom salts and olive oil with

lemon juice, I saw about 30 + stones.

Please someone let me know if I will continue to have attacks.

NO one can 'tell you' if you will have any more attacks

or not. Thats a ridiculous assumption (no offense).

Jeanne, whether or not you continue to have attacks

depends on whether or not you have more stones, or

DEVELOP more stones due to you diet. The only one who

can make sure you get them all out and KEEP them out,

is YOU.

You have the tools to remove them now. You know the

diet to prevent them from recurring (ZERO processed,

dead foods, mostly raw, organically grown vegetables

and some fruits and nuts, and lots of superfoods if

possible).

Hi Becky,

Coffee is an avoid because of the acid and not because of the lectins. I

feel that if it doesn't bother my stomach then I drink it. It is the lectins

I am really trying to avoid because you can't see or feel the damage they

might be doing.

the lectins are the protein molecules found in foods..you won't find them

listed on a label..as I understand some lectins react adversely in the type O

blood stream by clumping together..getting into the blood stream and

aggravating the joints and compromising the entire system. I remember

reading about all this in the first part of the ER4YT book. I gave my book

away so can't go back and repeat the info word for word.

Thank you everybody for sharing about lectins. I have 6 children and skimmed

through the book, pulled out what I thought I needed right away. We also have

four blood types in this home, so I don't have much spare time to do detail

reading. So thank you to all those who did my work for me. ....I do appreciate

it very much.

You know....I don't understand why onions are highly beneficial and yet they do

have lectins. We, blood type 0's, should avoid lectins and yet, we can eat

onions. Anybody care to explain that?

Please check out those food lists at http://www.er4yt.org/Type_O_Reasons.html

Steve has food lists and reasons lists for all the blood types and races. It's

Probably zillions of things have lectins, but only some lectins cause

adverse reactions when they meet with the lectins in type O blood. Other

lectins are like brothers and sisters to our Type O blood lectins and are

great for us.

Please don't quit with the articles - they are not getting to be to much -

some of them I get from the same sites but a great deal of them I don't and

like you said they pertain mostly to what people are asking about or

experiencing and help us all I know. Your input is also a lot of help and

your insight from working the jobs you have over the years pertaining to

medicine has helped me and my husband get through this ordeal easier and with

more knowledge about the whole picture not just what the doctors want you to

know. We have five months left to go on the treatment and I say we because as

you know it affects everyone in the family. He has got 7 months down and was

told he is in remission - we are so hoping to put the dragon to sleep for a

long time and get our lives back next year some time. We wish this for

everyone out there. Thanks again and good luck to you and your wife. Keep

up the good work - you help us stay positive and look to the future by not

giving up.

Just a reminder:

If these articles are becoming too much, or are not of interest, let

me know and I'll go with the consensus. No one has complained so far,

but, I try to pick the subjects and areas that are being questioned, and

find as current information as possible on them. I realize this may be

" overkill " for some, and " underkill " for others, but, I want to try and

help anyone who has these questions get some type of answer, even if it

means having several medical texts, or dictionaries next to them.

Also, when you read these " scientific articles " remember, these are

people that are so focused on a microscopic area of their research,

that, (I'll state it here-I do not understand about half of some of the

info, nor do I need to. I think, this is also true of any other honest

provider in any field that is not involved in that particular research),

they are using terms, abbreviations, and chemical stuff, that is about

100 feet over my head. Marty

Marty... I can always use more info. I'm on several hep lists because it's

become a sort of obsession with me. Knowledge is power and helps me feel

that I'm in some sort of " control " over the hep. Of course I'm not, but you

know what I mean.

Tonight is one of those sleepless nights where I know I'll pay for it at

work tomorrrow yet if I take something to help me sleep I will be very

groggy and sleepy tomorrow. Damned if ya do and damned if ya don't.

Yall have a great week!

Has anyone been successful at losing lots of weight without needing

plastic surgery? If so, what is your secret? My goal is to lose 150

pounds, I don't want skin hanging all over, but I'm a bit freaked out

over the thought of plastic surgery...I've heard it's very painful.

Any thoughts?

Hey Gail & Group:

Thanx for adding my name to the marathon jacket I am honored as all of my sister

& brother survivors are in our battle against our bug.

My daughter called and told me to read my emails. She has been keeping

up-to-date on the posts when she comes by to take care of my kittys. I admit I

have fallen behind because I am traveling, but I do try to get online at least

once a week. She signed the petition and reminded me that I had not signed it. I

have been emailing all my buddies to sign and OOOPPPPSSSS!!!

Thanx , she's getting the vitamins today.

You are all in my prayers.

I got some strange looks in one of my classes a couple of years ago. The chairs in the 2nd floor conference room were lots more comfortable than most chairs, so I turned one upside down to look for the name of the manufacturer. They turned out to be very expensive

Since I am short, I do better with pneumatic chairs for adjusting the height. I tend to readjust several times while sitting.

I also notice that I sit toward the front of my chair and try to lean forward a bit. But at home, I too often notice that I am leaning way to the left side. No wonder it hurts!

My husband laughs at me because my feet don't go flat on the floor, I usually only have my toes on the floor. I think my desk is really too tall, but it helps to keep me from slumping.

I used to know a person who had one of those weird leaning forward chairs at her desk, but I notice she has gotten rid of it.

I also noticed that my back hurt again after I went to bed last night. My husband gives me grief for sleeping with three pillows--one under my head, one between my legs, and one to hug. I got some nice extra firm pillows, but I should have gotten a softer one for hugging.

I used to sleep with one leg propped up on my husband, but that didn't always please him. He complains that he can't get quite close enough to me because of all my pillows, but I would rather not have anybody leaning on me anyway.

I do miss my waterbed. It was pretty comfortable if we slept back to back with me leaning on him. __________________________________________________

The 3 pillow thing must be typical of us scolis. I've needed 3 pillows for a long time. I started the pillow to hug thing while in the Risser cast and never got away from it.

My husband doesn't think it too odd of me to use the 3 pillows. I've tried falling asleep while cuddled up to him, but it takes me too long to get to sleep. First time one of us moves, we end up rolled over to our own sides of the bed, with separate comforters. I suppose it beats not being able to sleep at all (or having to have separate rooms, like some folks with snoring problems).
