Hey Dawnita,

Where is Lowpass, Oregon? My cousin is just moving up to Portland

this weekend to go to school up there and I will be visiting

sometime in March. If you are not too far away, it would be nice to

visit with you. Let me know!

To make it tastier and more palatable, I saved some of my empty

containers, split the contents into halves, filled the containers up

the rest of the way with cran-grape juice (you could use sf koolaid

or whatever) put the lids on, shook em up, then took the lids off,

put tin foil on top and stuck popsicle sticks in them. Then I froze

them (in the littles stands that hold 4 each that came with mine)

and they are REALLY tasty popsicles with 21g of protein EACH...and

only about 100 cal. You just warm the outside of the container with

water or roll it in your hands til the popsicle slides right out. I

have only done the grape ones so far, but my fruit punch and orange

flavor should be here any day! I also found it on sale. If anyone

knows anywhere you can get it for less than at fitnessconnection.com

I wanna know about it!! I also gained about 6 lbs over the

holidays...but you know what?? I get my fill next week and I know it

will come right back off....and I think I am going to try to find

someone to buddy up with for workouts too...I have some nice

equipment...but it is boring using it alone.
