Guest guest
I have just about decided to go ahead with the lapband. I'm so nervous about the amount of food that I will be able to eat though. Can someone walk me through what to expect the first three months in terms of what I can and can't eat and the amounts. I have read the post opt diet of clear and soft liquids the first 14 days and then soft foods the next 15 but, I'm curious as to how much normal food I will be able to eat after the first 30 days. I have read that you can only eat things about the size of a kernel of corn. I'm having a hard time imagining that. Does your band allow you to gradually increase the food you can eat or is it always just one or two bites of food with each meal.
