[Energyflows] Grounding Exercise for Abundance + you can add in the Energyflows cue word

There are some

folks on this list who have mentioned that they seem to be experiencing issues

of lack vs. abundance. They are playing the game of that particular

duality. This exercise may be helpful to clear out that duality. Experiment

with it, and I’d love to hear how it goes for you. Of course, you

can use it for any issue, not just lack and abundance!

This (below) is a

good grounding exercise that my wonderful friend, Barbara , in Scotland

had sent to me once, and the note at the bottom is hers.

A few years ago,

the Energyflows exercise was taught to me by my own guides, and I taught to

others it at the European Energy Psychology Conference in Brighton,

in the PIVOT seminar, and privately to a number of clients. Many case

histories have been posted to the lists over the years on EnergyFlows.

This exercise is partially similar to that. Of course, in the EnergyFlows

work, I also used a lot of muscle-testing to see how effective the healing was, and where (which chakra) there was

still work to be done…and then I’d focus some more on that chakra

and make sure it had completely absorbed both Earth and Source energy, as well

as spiral flows. This exercise focuses only on Earth and Source flows,

and not on spiral flows, but nevertheless it is excellent.

I like to do

grounding and connection to source work with my EnergyFlows cue

word…strongly intending that I be connected to Earth and Source as I take

in their energy and blessings. So you might want to add the cue word as you do

the visualization.

EnergyFlows cue

word: Simply tell your mind that this energyflows cue word allows you to

have 100% energy from Earth and 100% energy from Source, so be it. This

is a very, very, very simplistic version of the EnergyFlows installation of the

cue word, but it serves the purpose for now. Many of my clients and seminar

participants have taken well to the cue word “Receive” or

“Allow” as one is Receiving and Allowing what one has not allowed

before – complete abundance.

For those that

seem to have abundance and lack issues coming up at this time, it might be a

good idea to strengthen your lovely red root chakra….make sure you get

enough energy in there, and keep focusing on the root chakra saying your cue

word until you get the desired shifts.

When I did this exercise, I also connected with my “star” and that

might be an amazing revelation to you, when you make that discovery. You

might not believe it, at first, but keep it tucked away in your mind, and at some

point in time, you might begin to understand…and believe.

So really sit

back, take your time, and E-N-J-O-Y this exercise, folks!

P.S.- Many of

these exercises get easier when your DNA gets activated, and you start using

more than the 2 strands. It is such fun when you start using more and

more of your invisible DNA strands, because you start to become the wholeness

of who you are…and creating in the fullness of your grace, creativity,

strengths, talents, intuitive abilities, wisdom, patience, love, harmony,

beauty, intention, focus on deliberate creation and so much more…it has

given me tremendous joy to see the rapid growth of those of my clients and

workshop participants who have actively started using their additional strands,

Grounding Exercise

GROUNDING EXERCISE

Close

your eyes, visualise you have a single clear root growing from your

root

chakra (red), now splitting in to two, each one going down the inside

of

both legs, going all the way down until they reach the soles of your

feet,

now they are going through the carpet, through the floor boards, down

through

the foundations, now they are going down through the ground, until

they

reach Mother Earth. Here you feel the warm brown earth, the roots cut

through

the earth like a knife through butter, as the roots go down they

start

to spread, split and multiply, going down, all the way down to the

centre

of the earth. At the centre there is a Clear Quartz Crystal, the size

of

a house.......... it is pulsating with pure white energy.

Now

take your roots and wrap them around the crystal, round and round, round

and

round until they are secure.

Start

drawing the white crystal energy through the clear roots, bringing it

up

through the ground, all the way up until you reach the top........ now in

to

the soles of your feet, up the legs until it reaches the root chakra.

The

root chakra is like a RED spinning disk, bring the root and energy

through

the red disk spinning is you go....... now the white energy turns to

the

colour of the chakra enveloping your full body in that

colour......cleaning

and cleansing, cleaning & cleansing as it goes.... when

the

energy has done it's work draw it in, turning it to white again, taking

the

one root and white energy on to the next chakra.

Repeat,

going through all the chakras, (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green/Pink,

Turquoise,

Indigo, Violet) until you reach the Crown, now take the energy

and

root all the way up from the Crown to the ceiling, from the ceiling to

the

roof, from the roof to the sky,.... from the sky to the atmosphere....

from

the atmosphere to the Universe, here you will find YOUR STAR, you will

know

it is yours because it is the BRIGHTEST IN THE UNIVERSE. Take the root

and

wrap it around the star until it is secure, round and round the star.

Now

draw the star energy which is silver, down through your root.....

preceded

by the white earth energy bringing them both down through the

atmosphere...

the sky...the roof... the ceiling.... then The Crown

Chakra....

spinning... The Third Eye...spinning, The Throat... spinning, The

Heart...

spinning, the Solar Plexus...spinning... the Root... spinning.....

Now

down both legs through the soles of your feet in to the Earth, and down

to

the Crystal.

(First we took the Earth energy to the stars now we have

taken

Star energy down to the Earth)t

Take

both energies back up to the Heart, and here they separate, Earth going

down

and Star going up.

My

note:- a good tip is to say " spin it " and click your fingers as you

reach

a

different chakra, i.e. Red " spin it " Click, Orange " spin it " Click and say

it

in quite a definite manner, as though issuing an order.
