Guest guest
I thought I posted this once but I didn't see it so I'll try again. this is the Lady firefighter from Oklahoma. I'm 10 years out this March. I've lost 118# and kept most of it off. I have 10# that comes and goes. My health has improved greatly since my MGB. the only real health problem is my blood sugar. I have become hypoglcemic. My sugar drops drasticly with out much warning. It really goes nuts after a large amount of carbs have been consumed. I don't do it very often but I know what the conciquinces are if I do. Normaly protein will bring my count up. I always have peanut butter close at hand. So far the lowest it's gone down to 40. Averages about 80 to 85. Thanks to Dr.R. He's the greatest!! Ann Kinser- Muskogee Ok. 268/168ish 5'4 " 59 years young
