Hi This is Gwen in Tampa.

You may want to try something that Margaret Bell told me about.

Try mixing your Citrucel in a 2oz. paper bathroom cup.

Use the very hot water from your tap (about 1 1/2 oz) and add your Citrucel to

that and drink it down while it is hot. It doesn't do the clumping like in cold

water or juice. I am using the non flavored and it is great. I had the same

problem with the cold stuff as you and had stopped taking it.

Give this a try.
