I am new to your site. Thank you for the insights. Have done wonderful

EFT for about three years.

Did AFT religiously for over a year, spending over an hour each morning,

without fail, tapping on several issues, my main interest allergies and

asthma. Interestingly enough at first I obtained relief from allergies

and asthma and thought, finally, this is it. (Had done NAET for a

couple years, spent tons of money, all to no avail). Unfortunately,

that improvement didn't last and I regressed and am now working daily

with EFT and " Body Talk " tapping and am keeping it under control and

even gaining ground and am now off all medications. I thank the

universe for Craig, etc. I found through a Shaman, that I had a

" resistance " to healing, so have worked with EFT in that regard and now

when I muscle test that issue it is no longer an issue. Is this

wonderful or what!

Back to AFT. Dr. Ebert, the creator of AFT, who is genius, said that

perhaps I had disdain (which is true) and therefore that was keeping me

from healing from allergies. (the emotion at " Levels of Consciousness "

for allergies) Try as I will I haven't been able to eliminate that

emotion yet.

As far as other issues. I had been diagnosed with macular degeneration,

I did AFT and there was no sign of it at my next exam.

Osteoporosis improved with AFT

I had great results with different kinds of pain.

The problem with AFT is that you must be so precise and if you miss two

days you must start all over again. I have actually pulled off the

highway and done my AFT tapping in order to be in compliance. I have

been able to eliminate pain with EFT and other modalities that can be

accomplished in a few minutes such as " Barhydts Self Help for Pain and

Stress " which is absoutely wonderful and I don't why it doesn't get more

Hi Everybody

Some time ago sombody posted that they had cured their macular

degeneration using EFT -- I have since lost that posting. I would be

very interested in any of your thoughts on how to proceed in this matter

and what results you may have had.
