most libraries have Audio Books these used to be books for the blind

but so many people use them ... driving and listening to a good book is said

to be great

i worked with kiddie books at first just to learn to hear words

i would read the book once or twice and pretty much knew what it said

and then listen to the CD over and over and over again not for the story but

to learn to hear words

That what was suggested but I want to be prepared for it. The library here,

which it is quite large " claimed " they don't have unabridged book/tape for

later purpose.

Lee,

It can be difficult to find books like you want.. One suggestion

would be to find a book you like and record it a bit at a time onto

blank tapes. Tedious I know, but it'd sure give you the materials

you want. If your reading voice isn't what you want to hear then

maybe have a friend or family member do this if they would do it for

you. Play and follow along whenever you want. :)

Other than that, I don't have any real good suggestions. That one

just now hit me so thought I'd toss it out to you.

Hugs,

Silly MI
