Guest guest Posted May 5, 2006 Report Share Posted May 5, 2006 Hi Guys, I just wanted to check in with all of you and see how you are doing now that we have gotten beyond the clear liquids. I feel a lot better and have more energy. I have been drinking one protein shake a day. I like the Atkins ones, they are pretty good. I have had a aray of cream soups and sugar free puddings. I have also started cottage cheese, I just make sure that it is blended before I eat it. I do need to start stepping up the exercise now. I have been walking a couple of times a week, but I need to do more. I also am thinking of getting one of those exercise balls, anyone ever used one before? I still am getting full pretty quickly, but I feel like I could eat solid foods, but I will wait. When you have a chance let me know how all of you are doing. Oh yeah, Freda says hello.
