On A Balanced Moderate Pace of Healing

So many of us try to do too much healing work at a time.clearing out many

patterns without giving yourself time to integrate...I've noticed that on

our EFT list, too. So here's a nice quote that helps us regain a

perspective of balance.

Here's the extract from this piece from DK:

One_InTheFlow/message/8961

" After about three patterns have been removed, what's happening is your

consciousness is changing, and the cells actually need some time to

rearrange. It's like taking a cell and plucking out a few components

and saying, " there you go, " and then you keep making it dizzy. Yes,

you actually can get quite dizzy taking out too many patterns. So

proceed with caution on that. Even if you are a seasoned lightworker

who can handle a lot of energy, you'd be surprised what happens,

because you're clearing the subconscious, and the subconscious needs

time to adjust before you clear some more. It would be like taking

too many things away from a child. It's devastating to the

subconscious. So you want to be systematic, loving, caring, and

always balanced on the path, balance and moderation on the path.

That's always the best way. If you go to extremes, you generally have

to correct that before you go back to balance. So usually it's

counterproductive to go to extremes or try to go too fast. "

Enjoy!

Love,

Dayu
