Guest guest
Well when you consider the amount of calcium we take with 6 antacids per day with calcium in it, 650 mg to be exact per tablet and I buy juice with added calcium and our One Source vitamins give us 540 mg of calcium per day and if your really unsure of this you can take a calcium supplement in addition to what we are already getting. I think the only time it would be a problems is if your not taking you vitamins and antacids like you should. I have also heard that taking too much calcium can cause hardening of the arteries. So, which way do we go. Seeing we have the mal absorption issue I think we just might be ok. If not I am sure Dr. Rutledge is on top of this. God Bless all of you and hope you all have a blessed New Year. 5/17/2006 Dr. Rutledge 246/238.8/175.5/140 = 70.5 lbs lost high/pre-op/now/goal 34 minutes/6 foot bypass
