Hi Vicki and all others interested in rehab.

Cochlear Americas recently released a new video on how to learn to

listen, etc. Rehab for adult implant users. GREAT video, full of useful

information for both the user and the familyThe name slips me, and it's

somewhere around here, so can't give you the title, BUT if you contact

Cochlear Americas, they'll be happy to send you one free.

www.cochlear.com or call 1-800-523-5798 and ask for customer service.

I went to cochlear.com to get the video to send it to me through mail, like

other beaches do send bochures to people who are interested into going to the

beaches, however, on the www.cochlear.com I am unable to find any information

and there is no link, actaully. If there is a link you see, please give it to

me, if you don't mind. Thanks :) But after around 9 AM here in East Costal, i

will call Cochlear to ask them to send me the video. Thanks.

I just put ina request for this which is on video only, later on

it will be on DVD/CD. I get lots of things via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

If its free I aint gonna make waves. Life is too short to get

stressed over the inconsequential things. So whichever way your video

comes, you will get it. Even if you dont, you know what? You aint

out a penny, and you can call Cochlear again.

Thanks for the information. By the way, I've found a speech

pathologist who will see me July 23rd. She does aural rehabiliation

on post-lingual adults with CI regularly and is associated with Ohio

State University.
