I was expecting a different kind of post based on your Subject line!

 

I think Dr. Gupta may have posted that it is more common in females or maybe more aggressive? A bigger indicator seems to be eustachian tube function. Maybe since men's heads are bigger, less of them have poorly developed eustachina tubes.
