Guest guest
They are wrong wrong wrong! I went for my fill on Saturday and it showed I had only lost 12 lbs. I knew that wasn't right, heck... I don't eat more than 400-600 calories daily and according to my scales I lost 30 and gained 6. Total loss: 24 lbs. My clothes are way too big for me, I can take my jeans off without unzipping them... that wouldn't happen with 12 pounds. When I told Dr. A I lost more than 12 lbs he looked at me funny like he's heard THAT one before. After I had the fill I went back out and re-weighed myself and there was a difference of 11 lbs. Before the fill I lost 12 lbs. One hour after the fill I lost a total of 23 lbs. Either those fills are amazing ;o) or their scale is wrong. Point being, if you are shocked at your crappy weight loss, weigh yourself on their scales again. Do it 2-3 times and see if there isn't a difference. Guest guest
yes, the scale is not weighing correctly. I mentioned it to Yolanda on 12/29 and she said she would let them know. Each time you weigh youself you will get a different weight. Also make sure you are in pounds on kilometers.- -- In , " mybipley " <mybipley@...> wrote: > > They are wrong wrong wrong! > > I went for my fill on Saturday and it showed I had only lost 12 lbs. Guest guest
Nina... Oh, I know. But my point was that the Almater scale was off by 11 lbs. Unless I can lose 11 pounds in an hour, one of the two Almater readings was wrong last Saturday. It was the same scale, the Almater scale. The first reading was 237, an hour later I weighed myself on the same scale at the hospital and it was 226. I *knew* I lost more than 12 pounds. I was right.nina eguia <nina_eguia@...> wrote: You should always weigh yourself on the same scale, scales do differ. Even if a scale is not very accurate but if you always weigh on that one you will know how much weigh you have lost.
