Guest guest
Hi : Yea! That's the idea. Using EFT alone is great. But when you can combine it with other techniques as well, that's what its for, too. Its so versatile and flexible that you can fit it in with almost anything that has to do with energy healing. That's the beauty of it. There are people creating whole new techniques from combining EFT with other things. Well done! Guest guest
Wow, new worlds to conquer! I have used Reiki in combination with hypnosis and prayer with exceptional results -- only one client though, so far (cancer). Has EFT been tried as a triple header combination by anyone? Then it occurs to me this might be taking the simple and making it complex without any special advantage. Lyn, I gather from what you say that this is probably a good idea. I guess I'm looking for someone who has already done it, for feedback. Ken Re: [Tap 'n B Free] re: eft techniques Hi : Yea! That's the idea. Using EFT alone is great. Guest guest
Hi Ken: I use EFT with several other things I do as well. I used to attend a workshop and an ongoing practice with something called Aura Magnetic Healing. I took that and started using parts and pieces of EFT (the main idea of it) to help release areas in the body. I also use it in conjuction with moving energy around and sending it through the body while doing EFT as well. Its a wonderful combination. I also alternate actually " talking " with the energies and EFT. You can actually get answers when you ask stored energies around the body questions. For instance here's a simple question and an example: Let's say someone has a headache. One question would be. What would this headache like to say to you? (Get the answer and then) What would you like to say to this headache? (Get the answer) You can do that back and forth for awhile until there aren't any more answers. I have several other questions I use with that in having a conversation with a headache or anything else for that matter. You can have whole conversations between identities or the roles you play in life, like being a mother, hairdresser, fireman, lawyer, son, daughter, etc. So, when things get a bit sticky I just use the EFT on it and it helps enormously move things forward. Anyway, there are people out there doing some pretty neat combinations. Lyn --- Ken <kenn3eth@...> wrote: > Wow, new worlds to conquer! Guest guest
Manoj Thanks for the input. Until you said it I didn't realize that that is exactly what I do too -- the hand rubbing, that is. I wasn't taught to do it that way -- just intuitive, I guess. I'll try this with my next 'self' session using EFT. Re: [Tap 'n B Free] re: eft techniques Hi Ken, > Wow, new worlds to conquer! Seemed to work very well! Best Manoj
