Guest guest
Hi Sasha- thanks for your reply. firstly, the bit about my dad i made up, that didnt really happen, i was just using an example. i have heard what you are saying mentioned before. i.e. the yawning or whatever is a way for the body to escape looking at the issue? for me, it is mainly sighing that happens, not yawning. yawning does happen sometimes, but nowhere near as often as the sighing/taking depper breaths. the sighing doesnt really make me tired per se. but when i do sigh, it DOES take my mind off the issue i am tapping on. i am confused. do i try to refrain myself from sighing? i have tried this, but it seems a lot of hard work. many thanks
