This month the Angels would like to share with you about this little

word called Love. There are many people in the world that have given

up on love. They look back at their relationships and remember how

hurt they were when they allowed their hearts to open up. Many are

saying, " Enough is enough. " And are giving up on experiencing love.

If this is you, allow your heart to open right now and let the Angels

heal those hurts and wounds. Take a deep breath and if thoughts of

previous relationships come to mind as the Angels are assisting you,

view these thoughts non-emotionally and let them go. We will explain

why it is important for you to allow love into your life and why what

has happened in the past will not be your future, unless you clearly

make that choice.

During the last 100 years, there have been more shifts of

consciousness than at any other period in this cycle of earth. These

shifts are all in response to the remembrance of who we are

spiritually and the growing light that accompanies that knowledge. As

we keep ascending through the dimensions, we have access to more

light, which then allows us to experience more love. Since we have

free will, what we do with this love and light energy is up to us.

There are many different lessons about love but the ones we see the

most are in the giving and receiving of the love area. As people move

out of relationships they tend to carry the problems with them into

the next relationship. The Angels say, " Stop this cycle now. " If you

have left a relationship and still have anger, resentment, fear or

some other negative feelings, you still have a spiritual attachment to

that lesson you were learning. In order to release this attachment

and integrate that lesson, you must forgive. This doesn't mean going

to the person in the physical. The way the Angels suggest is:

~Get in your sacred space.

~Take three deep breaths.

~Call in your highest Angels.

~And state, " I AM protected. "

~Then call forth that person's Angel.

~Talk to that person. Tell that person how hurt you are/were. Tell

them you are cutting all emotional ties. Tell them how you are

thankful that they showed you that you have to love yourself enough to

move out of the relationship. Tell them that you forgive them and

thank them for being so convincing in this life to help you learn your

lesson.

~After you say all that you want to say, thank the Angel and send them

back to the person.

Remember to breathe throughout this process. Let the emotions flow.

Don't try to be " politically correct. " Say what you feel and get it

all out. This is very important. If you just say the words, this

will not work. Issues from that relationship may come to mind over a

three-day period. View them non-emotionally and let them go.

Remember this is but one relationship in one of your many, many lives

that is helping you to be the enlightened soul you are striving to be.

If you truly forgave through that method, you would feel immediately

better.

We are learning our lessons faster than ever before. Prior to 2000,

the relationships that were needed to learn specific lessons would

just show up for people. Same lesson, different face. That is

because these relationships were karmically based. With the wiping

out of karma when we made the shift to the 4th dimension, we can now

choose whom we want to learn our lessons through. All we have to do

is learn the lesson; no one in Spirit is telling you that you have to

do it the hard way. My work with the Angels has shown me that we each

can choose the easiest path to learn any of our lessons. To choose

the easiest path, your heart must be fully open. That means that you

cannot have your heart open to giving love and closed to receiving

love. We understand that many of you have had your hearts broken so

many times that you just don't want to go through it anymore and

besides that you are just fine with being alone the rest of your life

or staying in a loveless relationship. What we want to convey is that

you are missing out on the highest, greatest love in your life because

you are blocking the flow. Another thing that you may not be

thinking about is that you will not be able to do the highest

spiritual learning/work or have the highest spiritual connection you

could with your heart light restricted in this manner. This love

lesson is one that is to be completed by every soul on earth at one

point or another. Do you want to come back in the next life and learn

it? Or do you want to learn it now on the easiest path? You may be

surprised how happy and joyful your life can be with this person in

your life.

Here are some ways to help you open your heart to receive a greater,

higher love in your life now (or if that invokes fear in you.when you

are ready.but you can still start it today.)

~ While sitting down and watching a 30-minute TV show, place your arms

on the back of the couch. This opens up your breastbone and exposes

the physical heart. Take some deep breaths and try to keep them

there for as long as possible. The first time the Angels had me do

it, I lasted 3 minutes because my heart just started aching. The

aching is the unfamiliarity of the heart being open. Breathe through

it. It's okay to quit when you feel you can't do it any more. Keep

working at it once a day until you can hold your heart open for 30

minutes.

~ When you are out among people, stand up straight and keep your

shoulders back. Some back and neck problems actually stem from

physically protecting the heart by slouching. This will make you feel

vulnerable and you might want to stop it, but resist that temptation.

This feeling will ease up after a few days to a week if you are

consistent. Remember to breathe!

~ Taking a few deep breaths and calling forth your highest Angels with

arms outspread, tell the Angels that you want the greatest, highest

love to walk into your life. The person that will come forward into

your life will be equal to the amount of light and love you are

allowing to flow through your heart chakra. So it behoves you to

have your heart open and flowing to the highest extent!

For those of you that are married or in relationships that are good

for your soul development but may have gone mundane over time, this is

for you too. It is not for you to seek for this love in another

relationship. It is for you to open up your heart today and expect a

greater, higher love from the one you are with. Then you have the

intention that you will be the greater, higher love for them.

Tonight, when you are going to sleep with this person and you kiss

goodnight, place one hand on your heart and the other on their heart

at the same time. This connects you on a higher, loving level all

through the night. This does not interfere with the free will of

anyone. You will only be able to connect your hearts to the level

that they accept. When you say goodbye during the day, do the same

thing. The other person probably won't even notice. You will see

changes in your relationship almost immediately. Both of you become

more open and honest and loving when the two hearts are connected.

A final note on this is that as a lightworker your heart and the heart

chakra being open are vital to the work that you do everyday. That is

the connection point between the earth energy and the heaven energy.

This energy then flows through the heart out into the world. With all

that you have been learning, you are a more powerful spiritual being

and will know when someone is the highest for you or not. Trust

yourself. Trust us. We will give you clear signs on who this person

is when they come. Ask us for guidance and then listen with your

heart. All the answers are there.
