Don't breathe the fumes!!! > Ingredients:> 1/2 Pound Scotch Bonnet Peppers (aka Habaneros),> stemmed, seeded and minced.> 4 Pimento Peppers, stemmed, seeded and minced> (or 2 teaspoons of 'quality' paprika)> 1 Small Carrot, peeled and minced> 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar> 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar> 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder> 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin> 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)> 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground BLACK Pepper> 4 Garlic Cloves, peeled and minced> > Directions:> Combine all the ingredients in a Blender or Food> Processor.> Securing the lid well, Pulse to a thick Yellow Sauce> the consistency of Bottled Mustard.> Pour into a Glass jar or bottle and seal tightly.> Can be stored for up to 3-months.> Makes about 1 1/2 cups Sauce.> Gayla Always Enough RanchAcampo, Californiahttp://bouncinghoofs.com/alwaysenough.htmlBill Barnhill is our Inspiration!
