Guest guest
He may have some loose calcium deposits in his inner ear or whatever they call it that got knocked loose playing soccer. Have him sit on the edge of the bed. Then lay down on one side still looking forward. Turn his head up to look at the ceiling and hold it. Then sit back up slowly and do the other side the same way. If it is this type of vertigo - he'll get real dizzy one whichever side is the problem. continuing this exercise fixes the problem. He plays soccer however. Go figure. carolg........any wisdom you can pass on I will give to my daughter to see if he is interested...mainly vertigo talk here... Becky The trouble with being early is that no one is ever there to appreciate it.

Guest guest
Just spoke with daughter. Supposedly the dr. and SIL tried this test today. He tried it tonight too. Ok. It hasn't happened during soccer yet which he plays super late at night. He claims there are different types of vertigo. Never heard that one before. Sent alternative information Suzi shared and no response yet and don't expect miracles in him wanting to change. It's very stressful for my daughter. You just never know what is up with his health. Just two weeks ago he was thinking he was having more heart problems, then blood pressure and now the latest as I shared is vertigo. He's teaching at University with his PhD. The only breadwinner. My daughter's not interested in preparing for the day she may have to return to work or think of a business idea. She said he has a nice size life insurance plan. I can only pass information on information shared here. Thanks for sharing always. hugs, carolgbbarnyard82637@... wrote: He may have some loose calcium deposits in his inner ear or whatever they call it that got knocked loose playing soccer. Guest guest
Suzi, Just found out there are different types of vertigo. Depression, low blood pressure, etc. can even be the cause. Drugs can also be a cause besides many other reasons. Thanks for the heads up. hugs, carolg Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Yes Carol, there are different types of vertigo...carolG <cgiambri@...> wrote: Just spoke with daughter.
