When I was a kid (it seemed to snow more) my dad would take us out in the snow and we'd fill up a tall glass with it. Then add milk, sugar and vanilla and it was like having a milkshake in winter. It's not as thick and creamy but if I was in CO, I'd be having one right now. As mentioned before, don't eat yellow snow (try to find the virgin snow under the top).
