Nope can't say I have. When I came out of surgery I did notice a very

large red area under my left arm area, it was like a sunburn almost

but it wasnt painful. Does sound like a bug/spider bite to me. I got

bitten by a spider once and omg it was so painful!!! Keep a eye on it

and if it doesnt get better in a few days I would go see your PCP.

How you doing ? Have you did a one week weigh yet?

It does seem like a sun burn but I haven't been in the sun.

I have weighed but it seems that I have not lost any weight.

Can I ask a favor. No more talk of food. I haven't any real food in

a while and think that the chance to will never come again.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ! I know its hard about the food!! Have

you tried some of the soups we have suggested? It REALLY does help!

I am not eating solids yet either, although I have added yogart and

even a a fat free pudding last night!

that diet is something to go by, esp the first 2 weeks. But

if you can stand other things ( liquid to soft) I would try it. I

have even eaten a couple chips! The cream soups and refried bean soup

is great to add. Just go slow with it and try. Its a nice change

trust me!

And don't get discouraged, you will get a big weight drop soon! But

main thing is drink that water because it flushes out all that bad

stuff and really helps with the weight loss !

Big Hugs!

Just take a can of refriend beans, a can of fat free beef broth and

mix them together ( I used my chopper and mushed the beans up more)

mix it all together and heat!! Eat what you like and frig the rest

for another meal! You can even sprinkle a little cheese on top to!
