Guest guest
I was in New Jersey for the first couple of weeks in November, and had a very interesting experience with some pretty painful physical damage. I took a fall and totally racked up my right leg. My right ankle was sprained, there was a huge swelling across the top of my foot right behind my toes, my right knee was scraped raw, and I couldn't even walk for two days. I asked a friend to get me some comfrey cream to put on the scraped knee, and they brought me some Ecclectic Calendula/coneflower/comfrey cream. The cream brought pretty rapid healing to the skin. Well, after a couple of days, I started limping, very slowly, but I still couldn't go up and down stairs. After a week, with only slight improvement, a nurse mentioned to me that she had known someone to use this calendula/coneflower/comfrey cream on a sprained ankle with helpful results. So I started rubbing it into my ankle and into the top of my foot. It was amazing! It took down the swelling and the terrible aching. My ankle and foot were still sore if I pushed on them, but it wasn't pain that would keep you awake. :-) After about 24 hours, I was able to go up and down stairs, and the improvement just continued! Guest guest
Calendula and comfrey are two very amazing herbs/plants/weeds. I just love comfrey. Calendula is excellent for healing as well as an underarm deodorant. Glad your doing better TerriLynne. Guest guest
Do you think that the coneflower (ecchinacea) also assisted? TerriLynne
