Good question. Is this for a particular situation or a question for

general knowledge? If for a specific person or situation, we would need

more details. The person's lifestyle, diet etc, and the particular

symptoms and difficulties they are having.

is right - we need a bit more info..Is there a specific problem or just for basic health, etc.. You can also check the files for remedies... under Dr. Schulze and , under Natural Remedies and even check the Basic aid charts and ailment helps...
