Guest guest
I used to be that way. Could sleep anywhere, anytime at the drop of a hat. Now, I sleep maybe 3 hours a night, and take 3-4 naps a day depending on whether it's a work day or not. I have no idea what my REM sleep is like. --- In health , carolG <cgiambri@...> wrote: > > Janet, > Thanks for info. on . My sister got his book from library she said. She's now getting more desperate to finding out more answers about her sleep patterns--rem sleep 8% vs. most at 25%. She just started mild depressant too. Who knows, but she has to figure it out. Dr. Fuhrman who is so close to her is out of the picture so she can't be so desperate after all. I'm glad to be able to sleep almost anywhere, anytime and feel sorry for those who can't.
