Backing off the entrance ramp??????? No, no, no, no,no, no, no. Think about

how unsafe that is. Glad I wasn't comeing down the ramp as you were backing up.

CI moment

As I approached the Belt Parkway today, I saw that it was a parking lot! I

backed off the entrance ramp and turned on AM radio to listen to the traffic

report...something I could NEVER have done pre-CI. I heard the report and was

able to navigate a few more miles on the street to get onto the Belt after the

accident that was blocking 2 lanes.

Had I not been able to hear a traffic report, I would have had to resign

myself to sitting in traffic for who knows how long.

Hearing people take stuff like this for granted!

Oh , I do remember ... and I also remember the Belt Pkway well (and am

happy that I never have to drive on it again). However, we want around

for a long, long time and she is tempting fate if she keeps driving like that.
