Guest guest Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 Similar to Chevy's Salsaby Anne 1 cup water2 cans black beans rinsed2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes2 cans tomatoes with green chilies1 bunch cilantro washed and chopped finely4-6 Tbs chopped garlic (or more to suit taste)1 cup white corn Salt and pepper to taste1-2 Tbs adobo seasonings1-2 tsp cumminStir all in a bowl and let sit while flavors meld.
