wriggling down into the warm luscious grass, and with my energy reaching

flowing upwards, downwards, outwards in every direction. Oh what a beautiful

feeling!>

understatement of the year. I am grounded! I am centred! Nothing can pull me

down, although my grief and sadness for the incredible loss of life and

tragedy nearby, our neighbours in Indonesia, your friends in Sri Lanka,

tried very hard to pull me down.>

These are Jocie's experiences written on Dec 29th and roughly 6 days after

her Energyflows Session.despite the tsunami disaster of the 26th of

December, 2004.

I marvel at how our beautiful Mother Earth, Gaia, has the power to balance

us - if we but knew how to take in Earth Energy fully, fully, fully - just

as Jocie did in her session. And if we allowed Source Energy to fill up our

being and allowed ourselves to naturally appreciate all that is given to us

and is manifesting for us..to stay in appreciation, so that our Spiral Flows

that emanate from the heart would allow the outward flow.so even more can

come in..

Think of all the great people in history.it was always something that went

out from them.that's what creates the void to let in more.and that's what

allows the Flow. So anytime you are feeling empty inside, send something

out, then you will create space for something to come in.

I'm so grateful to all of you who read this, who send me comments on my case

histories and who believe enough in me to want to work with me, and who also

make themselves vulnerable enough to share their deepest difficulties in

life, and especially to those clients that give me permission to post their

stories for the public eye. Many, many hundreds and thousands of people are

benefiting.

Most of all, I'm grateful to my Guides, who have taught me all about the

EnergyFlows in the last two years. I pray that when I go to help/train the

relief workers soon, all this will come in handy.

Energy Flows - Part 2

Dearest Dayu

Energy Flows is a very powerful process. Seven days later I am still in awe

of the process! And the results!

I have done a lot of energy work on myself over the past few years, with

quite a few sessions of Reiki, Three-In-One Concepts, EFT, Immunics and

ZeroPoint, so I thought my energy flows were reasonably good. Hah! Not so!

What did you say? 0%, 40%, 20%, etc. Mind you, I had felt quite 'dead' for

the previous 24 hours, and hadn't been able to function properly (which I

just took as my body's way of preparing me for the session).

Seven days later and I am still glowing in the aftermath of that session! I

Thank you so much for teaching me how to cut cords with my family and

friends. This has allowed me to let go of their problems. Although I 'may'

be able to help, it's not my 'duty' to help them, and there's no slur on my

character if I can't help them. That has been a hard thing for me to learn.

Cutting cords has helped with this, and I've been doing it very regularly,

every time I feel that I have re-attached myself to their outcomes, or taken

on too much of their burden.

I have done this exercise before, but now I see two beings lit up like

Lanterns, merging together with bonds of love to become one, after cutting

the cords. This is such a powerful experience, and has allowed me to enjoy

the past few days with people who have been causing pain inside our family

because of their mischief making. I am now removed from their pettiness and

respond to them only at the love level, so that's the only way they can

respond back. Simply beautiful!

So, Dayu, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible gift you

have given me. For being the channel that opened up my heart and my being to

God and God's love, for guiding me forward into my new life.

May God bless you as you open up the channels and allow the energy to flow

freely, healing the hurt, for yourself and for many other people, and

especially those affected by the disaster that has flooded into your mother

country.
