I want to help my community and stress management should be integral part of this. Can any one in this group help me to improve the lives of journalists in this part of the world? Here's that link: http://www.emofree.com/downloadeftmanual.asp What you may have to do is translate it into the particular dialect of your region, but it would be well worth the effort. Take a look at 's site and see for yourself the many things that EFT is able to handle. Here's a link for that: http://www.emofree.com/ I don't know what the situation is in Islamabad except from what I read in the American newspapers. I suspect that there's a lot more going on that they don't bother to tell us. But regardless of that, EFT can be of great service to you. Download the free manual, study it, and even try it and see how it works for you. Hopefully, this is a technique that will prove to be beneficial to you and your fellow journalists.
