THE MINI MAKEOVERS WILL BE RESCHEDULED. THERE'S BEEN A CONFLICT OF SCHEDULE FOR OUR STYLISTS. THEY WILL RESCHEDULE WITH US AT A LATER DATE JANUARY MICHIGAN SUPPORT GROUP MEETING This is a great opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and listen to others. Please join us. The support group meetings are held every month. Our support group meetings will now be the 4th Thursday of each month. The meetings begin at 6:30 and last approximately 2 hours. This month's meeting to include: - An evening of friendship and support - Showing of the Dr. Rutledge and Gil Gerard program that was aired on Discovery Health last week - Open discussion of longer term diet, food diaries, what works and what doesn't, etc. Meeting details: Event: January MGB Support Group Meeting Date: Thursday, January 25, 2007 Time: 6:30 - 8:30 PM Location: The Lincoln Center Address: 820 S. Lincoln Ave. Bay City, MI 48708 Directions: From I-75 get off on second Bay City Exit number 162 towards downtown Bay City. The expressway will end and turns into a one way street. Stay on the one-way over the bridge. At the second light after the bridge turn right onto Washington Ave. Then next light turn left onto Columbus. Take Columbus to S. Lincoln. Turn right onto South Lincoln (it's the light before 7-11). The Lincoln Center will be on the right several blocks down on the right. Due to the construction on the bridge you will need to take a different bridge to get to the Lincoln Center. As soon as the highway ends and turns into a one-way you will come to an intersection. Turn left at the first light onto Euclid Ave. Stay on Euclid until you get to Midland Road. Turn right onto Midland Road. Stay on Midland road and cross the bridge. First light after the bridge turn right onto Washington Ave. Stay on Washington until you come to Columbus Ave. Turn left onto Columbus. Turn right onto South Lincoln. The Lincoln Center will be on the right several blocks down on the right. Again, everyone's welcome. If you have any suggestions we're open to new ideas. We also hold a weekly Monday afternoon information session open to all. The informational sessions are held at Dr. Doroghazi's office at 4 PM and last 1 hour. This allows you the opportunity to get information on the surgery, preop, postop, and follow up of the Mini-Gastric Bypass procedure with CLOS.
