What exactly can I eat?

I am 1 week out. I know I am on clear liquids for another week but

going into the 3rd week is where I get confused. I have heard I can

eat cream soup but it is not on my list- just yogurt and pureed fruit.

Can anyone give me a better breakdown? The sheet is unclear. Can I

start drinking thicker protein SHAKES instead of just the mix w/ water?
